Amy Wagner serves as Executive Vice President, Global Innovation Partnerships, at Dairy Management Inc. (DMI). DMI is a not-for-profit organization that is funded by America’s 37,000+ dairy farmers to drive demand for dairy through research, education and innovation. In her role, Amy leads a team that creates partnerships with organizations in foodservice, consumer packaged goods, and throughout the dairy supply chain to create new products and marketing programs that increase sales of US dairy exports in international markets.

Prior to joining DMI in 2015, she spent 25 years in marketing roles, gaining broad experience in retail and consumer products. Most recently, she was at Walgreens where she led marketing for the Consumables and Seasonal Division. Before that, Amy spent over 20 years at Kraft Foods in a variety of senior-level positions in brand management, strategy and integrated communications.

Amy holds a B.S. in advertising from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and an MBA from Northwestern University. She enjoys community involvement and spent many years as a Junior Achievement classroom volunteer. From 2009-2012, she served on the board of Family Service Center, a not-for-profit mental health agency serving Wilmette, Glenview, Northbrook and Kenilworth. She’s excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to the Back 2 School America board.
