Jonathan McCulloch is the CEO of Belgravia Group, Ltd., a leading Chicago real estate firm specializing in luxury condominium development in Chicago, IL and Scottsdale, AZ. He is also a Principal at Lakewest, Inc., a Belgravia affiliate involved in non-residential real estate and private equity investments, Co-Founder of Lakewest Venture Partners, and a Venture Partner at Dundee Venture Capital.
Since 2017, Belgravia Group has organized a Back 2 School America Build-a-Kit event with some of its partners in the real estate community. That event has now grown into the annual Chicago Real Estate Build-a-Kit, and in 2023 over $35,000 was raised to assemble kits to distribute to 1,750 children. Over the time of Jonathan’s involvement with this event, he became closer to the organization, recognized the incredible value behind the mission, and joined the board in 2021 in recognition that there are few better causes than what BS2A offers. Beyond the tangible nature and joy in providing children necessary supplies, B2SA helps children build their self-esteem and alleviates a burden on teachers and schools alike when the school year begins each year.
Jonathan is also a member of the US Soccer Federation’s Chicago Development Council where he supports the Federation’s efforts to increase access and resources to accelerate the development of youth soccer players and their coaches throughout the US.
Jonathan grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently lives in Roscoe Village with his wife, two daughters and a dog.
