Jonathan McCulloch is Co-Chief Executive Officer of Belgravia Group, Ltd., a leading Chicago residential real estate development firm that he joined in 2004.
He is also a Principal at Lakewest, Inc., a Belgravia affiliate involved in non-residential real estate and private equity investments, and a Co-Founder of Lakewest Venture Partners which has invested in over thirty early-stage companies since its formation in 2012.
Lakewest Venture Partners merged with Dundee Venture Capital in 2016 and Jonathan is currently a Partner Advisor at Dundee. In 2010 he joined the board of directors of Accel Entertainment, the market-share leader of video gaming terminals in the Illinois video gaming market, and served on the board until November 2019 when the company completed a public listing onto the NYSE (ACEL). He currently serves on two other boards for companies in the Dundee Venture Capital portfolio and enjoys assisting new founders grow their businesses.
Jonathan is a member of the US Soccer Federation’s Chicago Development Council where he supports the Federation’s efforts to increase access and resources to accelerate the development of youth soccer players and their coaches throughout the US.
For the past five years Belgravia Group has organized a Back 2 School America Build-a-Kit event with some of its partners in the community, successfully raising up to $20,000 each year to assemble 1,000 kits annually. Throughout this time, Jonathan became closer to the organization, recognized the incredible value behind the mission, and joined the board in recognition that there are few better causes than what BS2I offers. Beyond the tangible nature and joy in providing children necessary supplies, B2SI helps children build their self-esteem and alleviates a burden on teachers and schools alike when the school year beings each year.
Jonathan grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He currently lives in Roscoe Village with his wife, two daughters and a dog.
