What’s the Build-A-Kit Social? Welcome to our most anticipated event of the year, the Build-A-Kit Social! It’s not just a fundraiser; it’s a movement toward making a difference in the lives of students and families locally and across the country.
In 2024, Back 2 School America is embarking on a mission to transform lives through the power of learning. Our goal is bold and impactful: to ensure every child, especially those from low-income families, has access to the essential tools needed for academic success. The spring season and nicer weather are synonymous with social events, so set your calendars for May 1st! Whether someone is a long-time supporter or new to the cause, they’ll immediately know this event is a celebration of education and community convening for a powerful mission.
What should I expect? An engaging and social evening filled with inspiration and community, where attendees come together to assemble school supply kits, network, listen to music, enjoy art in a uniquely stunning space, sip cocktails, and support students and families most in need. A collective goal of raising the funds needed to continue our critical mission and impacting, even more, who desperately need help.
Our goal? To not just match, but vastly exceed the scale of last year’s event, spreading educational empowerment across more communities and touching more lives than ever before!
