Peyton Marcus is a Consultant with Russell Reynolds Associates, a Global Retained Executive Search Firm assisting international and domestic companies to develop leaders, assess business processes, and recruit new executives. Peyton works specifically within consumer and commercial banking as well as across the broader financial services sector directing searches and leveraging his research expertise to find top talent for each executive position. He developed his research expertise in his previous role as a research associate with the firm. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Peyton held financial services roles with Coventry, a life insurance company, and with Vanguard, a registered investment advisor.
Peyton graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a major in economics and was deeply involved in Penn State’s THON, a student-run philanthropy committed to enhancing the lives of children and families impacted by childhood cancer. There he found a passion in helping children and wanted to continue building upon that passion by joining Back 2 School. Prior to joining the board, Peyton attended numerous Back 2 School events and felt a deep connection to the organization and its mission.
