I confirm that I am over the age of 18 years and that I have full right, power and authority to enter this agreement, and hereby grant Back 2 School America, and its legal representatives, affiliates, successors, and assignees, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and publish photographs, videos, and other media content featuring my likeness and voice for editorial, trade, advertising, social media, fundraising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter the same without restriction. I hereby release Back 2 School America and its legal representatives, affiliates, successors, and assignees from all claims and liability relating to said media content.
This consent and release shall be considered valid in perpetuity from the date of signing and extends to the use of media content in all forms and in all manners, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, publications, advertisements, fundraising campaigns, and any digital or printed materials.
